Billing & Shipping Address Requirements

Your billing address and contact information must match what's on file with your bank or card provider — mismatched details can cause a transaction to fail or delay processing by up to two business days. For shipping, we do not accept P.O. boxes; please provide your complete address, including house number, street, zip code, city, county, state, and country, so your order can be delivered without issues. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrect address information, so we recommend double-checking your details before placing an order.

Working Schedule

Our office operates Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays and Vietnamese public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped only during business hours on these working days, so please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive.
